DONNA PISCITELLI

Donna received her nursing degree from the University of New Mexico and worked as an operating room nurse for 23 years.  To round out her education, she has taken classes in medical transcription, keyboarding, computer science and medical coding from Albuquerque TV-I.  She also completed the nationally recognized, Phoenix-based course from "Deborah's Touch . . . The Agency"

Donna brings to the business her years of nursing experience, a love of paperwork, a fluency in medical language, and a background in transcription that began over 25 years ago in college.

In addition to work, Donna enjoys home, family, friends, books, movies, Australia and Costa Rica and her dogs, "the three amigos."

JOE  PISCITELLI

Joe received his Bachelor's degree in Physics and Astrophysics from the University of New Mexico.  He received his Master's in Astronomy and completed five years of post-master's work toward his Dissertation at the University of Hawaii

Joe has held a variety of positions in corporate offices including banking, accounts payable, medical billing and medical utilization review.

Joe rounds out his background with classes in medical terminology, legal terminology, medical transcription and medical billing from Albuquerque TV-I.  Joe has also completed the nationally recognized, Phoenix-based course from "Deborah's Touch . . . The Agency."

Joe has numerous office skills and over 15 years computer experience including programming in many languages.  Joe's scientific background enables him to not just transcribe medical documents, but also to provide laboratory or scientific transcription.

In addition to work, Joe's interest include family, friends, reading, surfing the web, movies, bowling, the occasional trip and the night sky.
